:: Had a great turnout for my Dharma teaching in Olean, NY (population 14K) with 20 attending. I should teach in more of these small cities.

:: It was 34F (1.5C) in my Honda Element when I woke up this morning. I love winter car camping. It's so cozy to sleep in cold temps.

:: I've experienced the need to deepen my own realization in order to help others. Wisdom advice is in short supply in this samsaric world.

:: I used my video projector for the first time tonight during my teaching on refuge at Three Rivers Dharma Center. Worked great!

:: Teaching Dharma may be the best thing I've ever done. I've come to experience how it creates ripple effects that benefit beings forever.
